1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, honey into the pot and heat until just before boiling point.
2. Mix grind apple, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and pepper into the sauce.
3. Let it cool. Store in a container and refrigerate.
You can use this sauce simply over a beef, pork, chicken, or white fish steak after you saute them.
Pour it over the grilled vegetables.
It is also a wonderful marinating sauce before cooking these ingredients.
