GRAPE GELATINE SHERBET

Gelatine 7g (1 packages of Knox Original Gelatine Unflavored)
Cold water 70cc
Sugar 100g

Grapes puree 250g (*see note for easy peel)

Freezable Individual molds 12

More peeled grapes for garnishment

*No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat

Frozen grapes are easier to peel. And they are yummy already!
Peeling grapes
1. Place the washed grapes to the freezer over 6 hours.
2. Peel the grapes in a bowl with water. Seed the grapes if any.
**This taste very good already! Wonderful treat for summer.

Gelatine Sherbet

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Set aside more than 5 minutes.
2. Make grape puree using blender. You can make completely smooth puree, or little chunks of grape may remain in puree.
3. Microwave the gelatine mixture about 1 minutes.
4. Add sugar to the hot gelatin and mix until sugar completely dissolves. Heat in a small pan if sugar won't dissolve.
5. Add grape puree to the gelatine mixture and mix well.
6. Pour into the individual mold cups. Place 1 or halved grape in a mold if you would like to.
7. Refrigerate about 3 hours until gelatin sets.
8. Move it to the freezer for additional 2 hours. Unmold and serve.
