VEGAN CANOLA OIL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Flour 40g Corn starch 40g Canola oil 50cc Shortening 150g (I use Butter Flavor Shortening from sugarSugar 35g Chocolate chips 30g (Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips Enjoy Life) * No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat |
1. Mix together flour, corn starch, and sugar.
2. Add canola oil with pastry scraper to combine. Add chocolate chips. Stop while still little lumpy.
3. Place on a plastic wrap and shape into a cylinder.
4. Pre-heat the oven to 340F.
5. Place a cookie sheet on the working surface.
6. Unwrap the cookie dough and place it on the working surface.
7. Using a knife, cut the cookie dough.
8. Lift the cookie squares to the oven tray holding the cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
