About This Website
I'm making this website because I'm a mom like most of you. My kid has many, many food allergies.
Peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat, buckwheat, salmon, pea, flax seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, all spice, etc.
Some he grew out, some he still has.
On this website, I have strictly excluded peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and eggs
( I did not count coconuts as "tree nuts") and hope you can benefit from it.
Wheat can be easily replaced with other flour of your choice in most of the ENTREES section.
In SWEETS section, there are some that use wheat while other options are introduced.
I do use soy sauce and miso paste in my recipes, for many of us can tolerate these products even with soy allergy.
If you are looking for soy-less soy sauce, Nijiya Market and Mitsuwa Marketplace have this very minor product called
"Soramame Shoyu" (Broad Bean Sauce) using just broad beans and salt.
If you are allergic to wheat but not to soy, Gluten Free Tamari Soy Sauce by San-J may be a good choice.
Gluten Free Tamari is available in many supermarkets and organic stores.
