EASY MEATBALLS
Ground beef 6 patty Bread of your choice 1 slice (or omit and add extra 1 tbsp potato starch) Water 1 1/2 cups Onion 1 Vegetable soup powder 1 tbsp Sake or white wine 1 tbsp Garlic minced 1 clove Salt and pepper Potato starch 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce if desired (please see the bottom of this page for a tip) * These meatballs are the same recipe with Beef Patty with Refreshing Snowflakes Sauce except minced garlic. If you are making both recipes, make Beef Patty first and then make Easy Meatballs adding garlic. * You can freeze the uncooked meat mixture in a ziplock about a month. * If you are making just these meatballs, reduce the recipe in half or less. *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat |
1. In a large bowl, combine the the bread and water and soak the bread.
2. Using blender, make onion into a puree. Add the puree to the bowl.
3. Add ground beef, vegetable soup, garlic, salt and pepper, and mix very well with hand.
4. Add potato starch the last and mix some more.
5. Roll a small piece of meat mixture and make a ball. Place into a mini cupcake oven pan. Roast about 20 minutes on 370F.
They are perfect size for bento, or you can make spaghetti meat ball.
You can also freeze the uncooked meat mixture in a ziplock about a month.
