1. Boil your french beans with salt. Wash with cold water and drain. Pat to dry.
2. Saute the minced garlic. When aroma rises, add french beans and saute some more. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Pat dry the cod. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cod very lightly.
4. Warm the frying pan with canola oil, about 3 tbsp, on medium heat.
5. Dip the cod to the flour and saute until the bottom show dark brown. Turn over and saute. Cook thoroughly.
6. Just before it is ready, add mayo to the cod. Shake the pan to have the mayo cover the cod.
