If Light Tomato Sauce is not available, please use 1 can of tomato sauce and add extra 1 tbsp sugar.
I'm making so much for this can be stored in freezer in small ziplock bags.
If you don't plan to stock, cut the ingredients in half.
1. Warm the pan and add olive oil and minced garlic.
2. Add the chopped onions and saute in low-medium heat. Cover and let onions steam.
3. When the onions are opaque and tender, add chopped mushrooms to the onions and saute. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Set aside.
4. Warm the olive oil and saute the ground beef until it becomes into crumbs. Discard all the liquid.
5. Add sugar over the ground beef stir. Add salt and pepper and stir.
6. Add sauteed onions and Light Tomato Sauce (or 1 can of tomato and 1 tbsp sugar) over the beef.

If you don't want to spend so much time in the kitchen:
Add all ingredients except beef to the blender.
Cook the ground beef accordingly and add the blended sauce over it.
Put into the slow cooker for 6 hours.
It's amazing to taste so-tender ground beef after 6 hours!! Totally worth it.
