GRAPE JELLO

Gelatine 7g (Knox Original Gelatine Unflavored)
Cold water 70cc
Sugar 100g
Water 150cc
Grapes peeled about 12 (*see note for easy peel)
Canola oil spray
Individual molds (worth about 200cc in total)


*No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat

Frozen grapes are easier to peel. And they are yummy already!
Peeling grapes
1. Place the washed grapes to the freezer over 6 hours.
2. Peel the grapes in a bowl with water. Seed the grapes if any.
**This taste very good already! Wonderful treat for summer.

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Set aside more than 5 minutes.
2. In a sauce pan, heat the water and sugar. Stir until sugar completely dissolves.
3. Add peeled grapes to the pan and keep it on low-medium heat about 5 minutes.
4. Stop the heat and add gelatine mixture. Stir well until gelatine completely dissolves.
5. Place the grapes to the canola oil sprayed molds. Pour the gelatine mixture over the molds with grapes.
6. Refrigerate about 3 hours until gelatin sets.
