BAKED SOLE AND TOMATOES
Sole fillet 12 Onions sliced 1 1/2 Mushrooms sliced 1 package Garlic minced 1 clove Salt and pepper Tomatoes sliced (amount depend on size) Panko Basil leaves or parsley Olive oil Balsamic Vinegar Sauce (please click to see the recipe) *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy |
1. Mix panko and basil or parsley. Set aside.
2. Saute the sliced onions with minced garlic until tender. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Set aside in a baking dish.
3. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
4. Saute the sliced mushrooms with salt and pepper. Mix into the baking dish with onions.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on soles. Saute the soles.
6. Slice the tomatoes.
7. Make layers with onions and mushroom, sole, and sliced tomatoes.
8. Sprinkle panko mixture and pour olive oil.
9. Bake about 20 minutes.
10. Serve with Balsamic vinegar sauce while hot.
