SO TENDER VINEGAR CHICKEN

Chicken Drumsticks 10
Rice Vinegar 200cc
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Sugar 5 tbsp
Sliced Garlic 1 cloves
Sliced Ginger with skin 6
(Boiled eggs if not allergic)

*Slow Cooker (regular pot is fine if not available)

*No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat

1. Boil hot water and put the drumsticks, about 40 seconds. Discard the foams on the surface and drain the drumsticks.
2. Put the drumsticks, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sugar into the slow cooker.
3. Set the cooker to 6 hours on high heat.
(4. Eggs are totally optional. Take out the drumsticks, and add the boiled and peeled eggs to the pot. Let the sauce sink in.)
