CHICKEN IN YAKINIKU SAUCE
Chicken thighs diced 1 package Ginger grated 1 tbsp Salt and pepper Sake or white wine 4 tbsp Potato starch 1 1/2 tbsp Yakiniku sauce (please click to see the recipe) Onions Canola oil French beans half a bag Apples sliced *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat |
1. Place onions in the oven tray and sprinkle salt and pepper and pour over canola oil. Roast the onions in 400F oven about 30 minutes.
2. Dice the chicken into bite size. Sprinkle salt and pepper, add grated ginger, and sake. Mix well and let it stand about 5 minutes.
3. Boil the beans. Wash with cold water and drain. Set aside.
4. Cover the chicken with potato starch. Mix well using hand.
5. Saute the chicken until they become crispy brown. Cook thoroughly.
6. Add the Yakiniku sauce as much as you like until the chicken reaches your desired taste. Add french beans and stir. Remove from the heat.
7. Pour over the Yakiniku sauce on the onions.
8. Arrange on the plate with sliced apples.
