1. Cut the core and any hard part of the cabbage.

3.Wet the cabbage and carrots, and place them in a steamer about 8 minutes. Place the veggies into cold water.
4. Seed the cucumbers with a spoon and cut them into sticks.
5. Pat dry cabbage and carrots.
6. Spread mayo to the cabbage, followed by smoked salmon, carrots, and cucumbers.
7. Starting from the core, roll the cabbage. Wrap with plastic wraps and let it rest in the refrigerator, about 5 minutes.
