JUST OATS GRANOLA
Rolled Oats 3 cups Shortening 100g (I use Butter Flavor Shortening from Spectrum) Honey 1/2 Canola oil 2 tbsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat |
1. Heat oven to 300F.
2. Spray your oven tray with canola oil.
3. Combine the shortening, canola oil, cinnamon, and honey in low-heat until smooth.
4. Using hand, combine oats and salt in a bowl.
5. Pour the shortening mixture to the oats and mix well.
6. Spread the oats mixture on the sprayed tray and bake 15 minutes.
You can use this granola on top of many cakes and baked goods.
I like just munching on them, too.
