BALSAMIC VINEGAR SAUCE

Balsamic vinegar 1L
Olive oil 1 tsp
Vegetable Soup Powder 1 tbsp

No need to buy a expensive vinegar.
I bought mine at Costco for 1L.


*No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat

1. Pour the vinegar to the pot and bring to boil.
2. Reduce the heat to medium-low and heat until reduced by half.
3. Add Vegetable Soup Powder and mix.
4. Add olive oil to finish, bring the heat to medium-high about a minute and remove from heat.
5. Let it cool and store in a jar with lid. Keep refrigerated.

This is one of the most flavorful and useful sauces!
I use them on grilled vegetables, chicken, and fish.


Make a wonderful salad dressing, too.
As you heat, Balsamic vinegar will loose its sourness and becomes more flavorful and sweet.
