2. Reduce the heat to medium-low and heat until reduced by half.
3. Add Vegetable Soup Powder and mix.
4. Add olive oil to finish, bring the heat to medium-high about a minute and remove from heat.
5. Let it cool and store in a jar with lid. Keep refrigerated.
