1. Cut the lamb chops along the bones.
2. Place the lamb into doubled ziplock bag.
3. Add dried cherries and herbs, followed by soy sauce and sake. Marinate over night more even longer in a refrigerator.
4. Saute the lamb until dark brown on medium heat.
