HOT AND COLD SALAD WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR SAUCE
Balsamic vinegar sauce (please click to see the recipe) Lettuces Onions Paprika/Red and yellow bell peppers Tomatoes Canola oil Shiitake Mushrooms Olive oil or canola oil Salt and pepper any other vegetables you would like to grill *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat |
1. Heat your oven to 400F.
2. Drizzle your Shiitake mushrooms, onions, paprika, and any other vegetables with canola oil and salt.
3. Grill until tender, about 30 minutes.
4. Prepare the lettuces with grilled vegetables, fresh tomatoes, and top with mushrooms.
6. Use Balsamic vinegar sauce as dressing.
