VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
* This recipe uses wheat Canola oil 70cc Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp Warm water 1 cup Sugar 200g Wheat flour 150g Unsweetened cocoa powder 25g Baking powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Confectioners' sugar for garnishments Strawberries for garnishments Mint for garnishments *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy |
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
2. Spray the cake pan with canola oil.
3. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
3. Beat the oil and vinegar in high speed.
4. Add sugar and continue beating. Add warm water and continue beating.
5. Working quickly, pour the flour mixture to the vinegar bowl and blend well together. Do not stir too much.
(It will make your cake spongy.)
6. Bake for 25 minutes and let it cool.
7. Take it out of the cake pan, and garnish with confectioners' sugar, strawberries, and mint when cooled.
