1. Heat the oven to 410F.
2. If you would like a lid, slice the top of the apples.
3. Core the apples
4. Make small holes all over with a fork. Place them on a oven tray.
5. Mix sugar and cinnamon powder. Spoon the sugar mixture into the core holes.
6. If you made lids, cover the apples with them.
7. Bake about 45 minutes or until the apples are golden brown and tender.
8. Sprinkle with granola and mint leaves.
