VEGAN BAKED CINNAMON DONUTS
(* this recipe uses wheat) Flour 230g Baking powder 2 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp Canola oil 1/2 cup Sugar 180g Apple sauce 4tbsp Water 1 cup Chocolate chips (Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips Enjoy Life) Sugar decorations (optional) Sugar 180g *You can try making this with gluten-free baking flour. *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy |
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
2. Mix flour, baking power, salt, and cinnamon powder to a bowl. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat apple cider vinegar and canola oil until well blended.
4. Add sugar to the bowl and mix well. Add apple sauce and water and mix well.
5. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until blended.
6. Spoon the mixture to the oil sprayed donuts baking dishes.
7. Bake for 13 minutes.
If you like, melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl using melt function of the microwave.
Dip the donuts to cover. Decorate with sugar decorations.
