MARJORAM AROMA CHICKEN
Chicken Drumsticks 10 Potatoes 2 Prosciutto ham 5 slices Crushed Garlic 1 clove Flour of your choice White wine 150cc Tomatoes 8 Marjoram Soup powder 1 ½ tsp Bread of your choice (just white part) about half a toast, or panko Olive oil Parsley (garnishment if wanted) Salt & pepper *No peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat |
1. Peel the tomatoes. Make an X mark on the bottom of the tomatoes. Fork the stem part and let it sink to the boiling water, about 20 sec, depending on its size.Release it to an ice cold water. Peel the skin from the X mark.
2. Seed the tomatoes and cut into chunks.
3. Put salt and pepper on the chicken drumsticks. Sprinkle flour to cover the skin.
4. Warm the olive oil in a pan. Saute the crushed garlic and chopped prosciutto ham. Take out the garlic.
5. Put the chicken to the pan and saute both sides until browned.
6. Add the potatoes and marjoram to the pan.
7. Add white wine. Let alcohol evaporate.
8. Add tomatoes and bread, tearing into pieces. Cover and let it simmer.
9. In about 10 minutes, add soup powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
10. Let it mix by gently shaking the covered pot.
11. Cook another 10 minutes.
Enjoy the aroma.
