1. Wash and wet the asparagus. Steam in a steamer, about 4 minutes, ready but still crunchy. (Microwave is fine)
2. Put them into the cold water to stop the discoloration.
3. Sprinkle with salt and roll the asparagus.
4. Wet with sesame oil.
5. Refrigerate until serving.
