1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
2. Shift flour and baking power to a bowl. Set aside.
3. Place a one ripe banana and 2 tsp lemon juice in a medium size bowl. Mash with a fork.
4. Add 60g sugar, syrup, and oil to the mashed banana. Mix well.
5. Add flour mixture to the mashed banana bowl and mix until combined with a spatula.
6. Slice the second banana and sprinkle 2 tsp lemon juice.
7. Pour the mixture to a loaf pan lined with a cookie sheet. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar.
