1. Heat the onions in water until tender. Add dashi and salt.
2. Microwave the washed and wet broccoli in a bowl with loose plastic wrap about 1 minutes and half.
3. Place the broccoli into cold water. Drain and add the broccoli to the onion soup until tender.
4. Add soy sauce and ham. Remove from the heat.
This is a good one especially after you make a cute bento with a lot of left over ham!
