1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and sake in a ziplock bag. Refrigerate over night.
2. Heat the oven to 400F.
3. Cut tomatoes in half.
4. Sprinkle salt and drizzle canola oil over vegetables and roast about 30 minutes. Tomatoes should be taken out of oven before onions.
5. Saute the steak over medium-high heat. Saute both side.
6. Remove from the heat and let it cool on the cutting board. Slice the steak. Inside should be still rare.
7. Saute the sliced beef and add roasted onions on top. Cook thoroughly but do not over cook.
8. Arrange on the plate. Slice Avocado and garnish the meal.
